The Housing Corporation is working toward repopulating the house with Phi Kaps in 2025. Due to the noted repairs needed, some level of alumni donations will be necessary to pursue this option. In conjunction, the Corps is exploring a lease to another Greek organization, whereby the cost to repair the house to make it "livable" would be borne by that fraternity or sorority, and Phi Kap would take back the house with our own members over a period of time. (A similar option is being pursued with the University for graduate student housing.) These scenarios could also involve some level of alumni donations prior to the return of the chapter. These were the two preferred options, in order, of a vast majority of alumni.

Neither option will happen immediately and it will take some time to organize a plan and associated fundraising effort. In the meantime, the house continues to accrue debt while having no revenue source. As such, alumni wishing to donate during this interim period to help keep the house afloat may do so below.
