Homecoming 2007
At least 34 Phi Kappa Sigma alumni (plus many of their guests) returned to Orono, Maine over Homecoming weekend on October 12-14, 2007. These alumni spanned 54 years of graduation from 1953 through 2007 (see below for a listing of known attendees), with most attendees having graduated within the past decade. Skullumni and the undergraduate chapter are very pleased with the turnout and we offer our thanks to those alumni who attended. In addition to the annual meeting, tailgating and group seats at the football game, and socializing at the Bear Brew Pub, many alumni also enjoyed the third annual alumni luncheon banquet before the game. At this banquet, Skullumni presented Brother Shawn Harris '91 with the Alumnus of the Year award for his tireless efforts toward the chapter house renovations effort and toward the housing corporation. A handful of alumni also were "reinitiated" by the undergraduates and were given a presentation on the secrets of the Phi Kappa Sigma Ritual. The weekend was a success all around as alumni socialized with one an other and had a chance to meet the current undergraduate leadership.
